Conscious Birthing

Beloved Ones, conscious birthing is a way and means of offering a soul loving connection before conception, during pregnancy and at birth.

Parents not only call in a soul, but the soul also calls to them, so to speak. This "family" was already in communication long before even the parents came into form. The agreement was made while all were in spirit to join together in order to learn from each other. Because this choice was made, when the call goes out one to the other, the souls unite in a spirit gathering, you might say. This re-connection is usually done unconsciously. However, there are those who meet the childÕs spirit in the dream state of sleeping and are conscious of the moment of conception.

Parents who wish to connect with the spirit of a child consciously, before conception, can do so by sitting together in meditation and asking for a connection with that one who had made an agreement to come into manifestation through them. When parents sense the spirit of the child, they can invite and welcome it to come closer. When a closeness is felt, it is well and good to spend some time "talking" with this spirit, even asking what might be a good time for conception. Know that sexual communion is a holy act. The spirit ready to be reborn is not a child, but a soul with wisdom from lifetimes and non-lifetimes of experience. Therefore, do not hesitate to perceive that this one is wise and has a lot to offer.

If a date is set, spend time in meditation all together on that day. Create a loving circle of light with not only this one in spirit who will be coming in, but also guides and beings of light, angelic midwives, you might say, who are ready to assist at this holy conception. Ask for guidance that the sperm and egg are prepared to come together to receive this new spark of the divine. When all is ready, the marriage bed surrounded and full of light and love, make love passionately and tenderly.

Again, invite this spirit in the presence of angelic midwives to join with you in holy communion. The ecstasy of this connection and collaboration will be a beautiful act of love. There need be no trying to make anything happen. The stage has been set, so to speak, and the process is full of natural caring for each other. Rest well afterwards and enjoy a peaceful sleep, feeling the oneness of creation.

During pregnancy, continue to speak together - the spirit of the child with the parents. Spend time in holy meditation singly and together, for it is important for the father to continue to feel a part of the developing relationship with the spirit of the child. Often ask the child's spirit what it would like to be fed through the mother, what position feels best, what it might enjoy as a stimulus such as exercise, reading, and music. These questions can bring forth a spirit of cooperation which will continue after birth.

Knowing the sex or name of the child is not necessary; however, when you are in communication, the parents may know already or ask. Even asking what name the spirit prefers is possible and also on what date it would like to be born. In addition, asking how this spirit would like to be born is also encouraged. Although this spirit in most cases has been incarnated on earth before, coming back into a heavier vibrational frequency is a shock. Making the new body as comfortable as possible will insure an easier transition.

Continue to communicate with the spirit of the child, letting it know what is happening, where the birth will take place, what the procedures will be, even if all of this has been agreed upon already. As the time for the birth comes closer, remain as quiet as possible. Spend more time in communion with the childÕs spirit, calling forth all guides who will be assisting at the birth. During pregnancy, the spirit of the child has free choice to continue to spend as much time as it wishes in the realms of spirit. It need not fully come into the body until birth. However, most spirits choose to spend more time in the body as the pregnancy unfolds, especially if the parents create a loving, comfortable environment inwardly and outwardly.

On the day of birth it is best for the family to go within and unite with each other, continuing to communicate. Allow full attention on the spirit of the child, asking for what it needs, comforting it, encouraging it, letting it know that everything is all right. Call on the angelic midwives and guides in spirit to assist again as they did at conception. As much as possible create a holy space in the heart and in the room where this divine being will come forth. Within this peaceful setting, the birth will be easy and calm.

Breathing is important, of course, at this time, as many parents know. Let the breath take all of you into a state of oneness, encouraging and welcoming the spirit of the child into physical form. During and after birth, continue to communicate with the spirit of the child. Bodily needs are important, but remember that the spiritual needs continue. At birth look into the child's eyes, smile and acknowledge its spirit now made manifest. Talk to the child's spirit, continue to communicate as you did when the child was still in spirit before conception, at conception, in the womb during pregnancy and at birth. You are a family in body, but truly the most important thing is that you are always one in spirit.

Go in peace, go in joy, go in the spirit of love which binds you together in God. Amen.

Community

Beloved Friends, community is an essential part of who you are. All of you in human form as well as those in animal, plant and mineral life, live in community. As much as you might feel alone and isolated within your form at times, in essence you are not. You are all part of a greater whole. You all live in community. Community means 'with unity,' 'with oneness.' Without each other, without connection, you could not survive in the body, mind or spirit. You rely one on the other for food, shelter, clothing, inspiration and love.

This knowing is not new to you. Yet as a new world dawns within you, as the spirit of unconditional love births itself more fully within everyone and everything, it is important, even essential, to reach out one to the other in order to help hold, nurture and maintain this new frequency. As love is birthed, old fears arise and your world seems to be in more chaos than ever before because this love activates fear. Lies can no longer exist when the truth of love is manifest. Secrets can no longer be hidden in the face of love.

Unconditional love activates fear and explodes old myths. When the heart opens to love, the body reacts, the emotions react, the mind reacts. Old patterns are threatened and released. You might ask, what replaces these myths, these patterns? What will you be like? What will the world be like?
Compassion is the key now. As the body, mind and spirit undergo transformation, be compassionate. For in essence, how you shift and process is a reflection of how the planet shifts. Your body, mind and spirit are a community, a living organism which is always seeking balance and harmony. The new paradigm holds a sensitivity and awareness to these changes as never before. So, it is important not to judge yourself, but to hold compassion for the internal transformation of your individual community at this time of adjustment to a higher state of consciousness. As you find compassion for yourself, realize that every living organism on your planet is also undergoing transformation and extend that compassion to others. Since you are all inextricably interconnected, you all sense these shifts within each other. Therefore, hold compassion as the larger communities undergo changes.
Know that each individual has a choice of how it's going to evolve and how it's going to react to this evolution. Hence each larger community, whether it be family, friends, organization, state, nation or world, also has the same choices. Your own awareness and compassion have an affect on the whole. When each individual community of Self chooses to surrender to unconditional love and in turn holds compassion for itself in the process, it then can choose to hold compassion for the larger communities of which it is a part. Therefore, all of you, collectively in a state of compassion for yourself and others, help to model how to interconnect, interact and interface in community, in oneness.

Again, do not judge yourself or another. Be honest, be accepting, be patient, be compassionate, be the love that you are and community will become a communion of hearts beating in divine harmony.
The new world is already within you. It is the birthing of that inner and outer world which seems to be most difficult. Like a mother giving birth, relax, breathe and let nature take its course as loving hands, both invisible and visible, guide and welcome this glorious emergence of a new way of being together in loving community. Christmas

Beloved friends, Christmas is a special occasion in your culture. It is a special time for many people in many countries of the world. It is a day that you celebrate the birth of the child Jesus, my son, and my brother now in spirit.

Please know that this celebration is important for everyone who believes in the love of God. The day itself is not important. The month of December is not important. The love of God knows no date, no time, no special place. The love of God has no religion, no mass, no church, no special person. You can celebrate the love of God each day of the year, each minute of the day.

I ask that you celebrate the birth of Jesus in your hearts. The celebration of the birth of Jesus is the birth of the love of God in your hearts. Allow the Christ to awaken in your hearts, in your minds, in your bodies. You are the children of Christ. The birth of Christ within you is the liberation of your soul.

When you give gifts, remember that God is giving gifts from you. When you receive gifts, remember that God is giving gifts to you. The love of God is the supreme gift.

Celebrate "Merry Christmas" with your families, with your friends, with your fellow workers. Eat well, drink well and always remember that the gift of Christmas is the love of God. Share it with everyone. Amen.

Dearest Beloved and Holy Friends,

This time within no time is indeed blessed beyond measure for all of you who are indwelling on the earth plane and in other realms. The alignment of your planets into the sextile figure of the Star of David is a sign that the heavens are indeed coming into concordance with a harmonic vibration unprecedented in your world. We are joining with you as you open up more to this holy vibration which is your birthright.

Therefore, it behooves you to stand in your power and feel the radiance of your God selves stream through you. Receive this radiance and let it melt any dross, any conflicts, any resistance, any lingering doubt that you are sons and daughters of the Living God. Spend time in meditation and sense your interconnectedness with all of creation. Dance with the spirit of nature as well as with your brethren in human form. Dance with your guides and angels and loved ones who are only a hairbreadth away from you. Rejoice in the Oneness.

During this time, take care of your body. Observe its fluctuations, its changes with awe and wonder. Be aware of your dreams. Rest, nourish yourselves well and drink plenty of water. Allow feelings to arise and pass away. Surrender to what wants to flow through you from the heart of LOVE. You will no doubt surprise yourself at what may come forth through your lips, your hands, and your arms. You may surprise yourself at where you find yourself whether it be on an unknown mountaintop or the heart of an unknown city.

Embrace whatever arises whether it be a scream of agony or of ecstasy. No matter what, know that all is in divine order and that as each moment passes your awareness will be expanding exponentially more so than ever before. Gather together in silent communion and in zestful celebration. This time within no time marks a shift which will resound throughout many universes. It has the potential of transforming every aspect of life on your planet and that of others.

Rejoice for it is a wonderful time to be alive. Go in peace. Go in joy. Go in LOVE. Amen.

Innocence

Dearest Ones, the Universe is innocent. And, if the Universe is innocent, you are surely innocent. Innocence is a state of consciousness in which you look upon all of creation with the wonder of a child. The child in wonder has no fear. The child looks upon all things around him or her without a thought of harm, without a thought of negativity. The child sees its world with receptivity and expansiveness. All of the child's senses, intuitive and physical, are open.

A child, if left alone, will learn what is dangerous in its environment, what to stay away from that might harm the body. This does not mean that a parent can not be a guide. But many times the fear of the parent for such things as spiders or snakes, a neighbor or another culture is unnecessarily placed on the child. Then the child learns to fear what the parent fears.

So know that innocence is a very high state. Innocence allows all situations and things to rest in a zone of neutrality, a place of "Ahhhh, I see what IS. I embrace what IS. I accept what IS." No conclusions. No statements. No analysis.

Again, innocence is the state of a child until he/she is conditioned by the world mind. As an adult, you can regain this innocence by first observing the breath. The breath is the one aspect of your existence which remains the most unconditioned since it requires no thought.

Close your eyes for a few moments and watch the breath as you inhale and exhale. "Ahhhh, I notice that I am breathing." Nothing more. This state of awareness is innocence. You are merely acting as the observer, receptive to your breath as you inhale and exhale.

Now open your eyes and turn your attention to your physical surroundings. See your desk or table or chair or your computer. "Ahhhh, I notice the chair, the table, the computer." Nothing more. Not the size or the color or the texture, only the object.

Slowly become aware of your body sitting on the chair. "Ahhhh, I notice the body sitting on the chair."

Now turn your attention to another person, either in the room, in a photo or in your mind. "Ahhhh, I notice another person."

Practice this exercise for a short time daily, gradually expanding this state of innocence to everything in your life. After a time you will again become like the child "being in the world, but not of it" as one of your poets wrote. Know that in time a sense of profound peace will well up within you. Your innocence will be regained. Rejoice in your innocence for you indwellth in the kingdom where only innocence is possible. Amen.

The Holy Breath

Dearest Ones, each breath is holy. Each inhale brings with it not only oxygen but the sacredness of God. Each exhale releases carbon dioxide and the sacredness of God. YOU are in each breath. Your essence flows like the tide within each inhalation and exhalation. Every thought you have ever had, every emotion, comes and goes with each breath. They either crash upon you like the breakers in a storm or are barely perceptible like a calm sea.

You have the choice with every breath to create a hurricane or to create peace. When you know that each breath is holy, when you are conscious of the power of the breath, you can transform a tornado into a harmless zephyr. When you bring your attention to the breath, upheaval can become disarmed, imbalance can become harmony.

With each holy breath you can find strength, you can find the very power of God coursing through you. Breathe deeply and slowly from the very belly of your being and feel the mighty fire of God's love fanned from a tiny spark into a bonfire. Let that fire ignite every cell with endless energy. Food gives the body daily nourishment. The spirit of love through the breath sustains the life of the soul.
God did not birth you to let you walk alone. Each breath tells you the Father/Mother is in you, supporting your very existence. You forget this truth because the breath is automatic, a thoughtless act which happens naturally. You do not have to clothe the breath, feed the breath or shelter the breath. But I say unto you, as the yogis have known down through the ages, becoming aware of the breath is to become aware of your own divine connection. To breathe consciously is to live consciously. To live consciously is to know that only the love of God maintains you with each inhale and exhale.

Beloved Friends, embrace the breath as you would the most impassioned lover, a best friend, your family, a prodigal son or daughter. Do not cling to the breath, but let the breath breathe you. Let the breath breathe you into being. Let the breath breathe you into being the love of God in form.
Spend five minutes a day focused on your breathing. Simply inhale love and exhale love. Inhale love and exhale love. You will soon know the truth of that which I speak. You are none other than the breath of God breathing you into existence. Breathe well for indeed the holy breath gives you everlasting life. Amen.

Living With Dust

There is a great shift occurring in the mind of God within you. Much is being shaken loose. All the dust that has settled for centuries within the DNA is being kicked up. Many perceptions of how things are, are being challenged. You might say that the path has been obscured and you are all feeling your way through the dust storm. You may ask, will the dust settle? Yes, it will, but when it does, you will be surprised to see a different path, not because it is different but because you are different.
You are finding your way via a new sense. Because you have all been blinded, so to speak, by the dust, you must trust in a way that has long lay dormant. Doubts are natural, uncertainty is natural, especially just when you thought that the dust had settled.

You have chosen to kick up this dust because you are feeling your way forward with your heart, and to trust the heart entirely is very new. The way is not always easy in this regard because the heart has been broken, hurt, deceived before and you have closed it off. Learning to trust each beat of the heart is challenging. Although the dust storm blurs your vision, you know that you must continue to stumble on following your heart.

You know that you are not alone and yet there is a solitariness to your journey which strengthens you. Keep trusting the heart. Let the sands shift beneath your feet. Let the dust blind you. Let tears cake mud on your cheeks. You will see even more when the dust settles that all is in perfect order and has been every step of the way.

Love

Dearest Ones, love IS. Love is God. Love is creation. Love births all things. Love gives. Love receives. Love honors everyone and everything that appears before you. When you open your heart to love, you open to God. When you surrender to love, you surrender to God. And when you surrender to God, you surrender to love.

Love is not just a feeling or sensation which comes and goes on the waves of emotion. Love is a quality of vibration which is omnipresent and constant. Once you have opened your heart to this vibration, you can't possibly go back. Oh yes, feelings may arise from time to time which do not reflect this love: anger, sadness, depression, fear, control, et cetera. However, these are only temporary sensations born out of the misconception that you are not love. Acknowledge the feelings, then embrace and release them into love.

You are divinely human. Your physical form is a reflection in the world of your heavenly home. It is also a reflection of every thought you have ever had, every memory you have ever had. The very molecules of your being resonate with where you have chosen to focus your attention in the past and the present. Once you choose to honor love, your God Self, above all other thoughts and memories, then a cleansing begins to happen. Visions and dreams may arise, individuals appear, circumstances occur which your Higher Self has invited in to teach you that only Love is the answer. Do not get attached to any of these experiences. They are only guideposts on your healing journey into the heart of love.

Once love begins to manifest more strongly, once you sense that love is your anchor and not the whims and fantasies of the world, then you will always choose the love of God over anything or anyone. You will find yourself co-creating manifestations of love in the world. Circumstances and individuals will appear that reflect that love. And when certain individuals and circumstances arise that do not seem to reflect that love, you will be able to embrace and transform them into love. This is true alchemy. This is turning lead into gold. This is turning manure into the fragrant scent of a rose. This is turning water into wine.

The power of love seeks not to overpower or control others or circumstances. True love transforms without judgment, without pressure, without striving, without doing. For once you have connected with the vibration of love, your birthright, you need do nothing but BE that love. And you will know that any other emotions are temporary fluctuations in the bodymind of the ego.

Dearest friends, true love loves everything which comes forth. So, do not judge, "Oh, I had a moment of fear. I felt anger at this person or those circumstances." As I have just said, acknowledge the feelings, embrace them and choose love again and again. Yes, even more so when love abides, vigilance is necessary in every moment to discern what may be a trick of the ego: arrogance, projection, control. However, as you go deeper into love, you will know more clearly that love only wishes to extend itself to embrace everyone and everything. Love alone abides as a level of peace and joy which passes all understanding and rests in the heart of God where you also dwell. Be at peace, be in joy, BE the love that you are. Amen.

Dearest Ones, the image on the glass at the Milton Hospital is what you want to see. I am everywhere. I am in everything. I am in you, but many of you want to see me outside of you so that you can find proof of my existence in your lives. I have not appeared to you. You have called me forth from the depths of your being because you want to see me. I am no more there than anywhere else. Yet, if you long to connect with me, if the call of your heart is such that you want to be seen and to see, that which you call an image of me is well and good, that which you call a holy shrine is well and good.

I walk amongst all of you who enjoin with me in your hearts. I rejoice with all who open their hearts to love. No images are necessary, no visions are necessary. And, if your seeing me in this way will help you to open to that love, it is a blessing. I did not put the image there. You, in your desire for connection with me, willed it into being. You are divine beings as much as I am. You have the power to create the good, the beautiful and the holy. For many this image gives solace, hope and healing. This is well and good. I only ask that you look not for me outside of yourselves but find me within, for that is where I truly am as you are in the heart of God. Amen.

A Message from the Ancient Ones

WE have a message for your people, those who walk with the one known as Jeshua and his Mother Mary. They were known by us. They lived here in this canyon. They walked in wisdom and carried the torch of freedom. They took the torch to many tribes to fulfill the prophesy that all tribes would one day be united as one.

This is the time which was prophesied. This is the time in which the tribes will be united once more in peace. Your travels to the Mayan lands was part of that fulfillment for you joined with your brothers and sisters around the world to help bring peace and harmony to the planet.

Others in their travels are also being called to join with others to celebrate the unfoldment of the prophesy of unity. Tell your brethren to continue to walk in silence, to continue to walk in beauty, to continue to walk in peace within themselves as well as hand and hand with each other.

We, the Ancient Ones, are close at hand. We are holding the energy of fulfillment of the prophesy for unity. Join with us in this place, in your heart, and carry our greetings to all of those who have chosen to come forth as messengers at this time to co-create unity. The wind is strong now for it brings with it the force of the power of creation for spiritual renewal. Feel the wind, thank it and bless it for it brings tidings of celebration. Dance with the wind. Rejoice with the wind. Move with the wind no matter what forces try to stop you. There is no stopping the winds of change which are blowing across the faces of all peoples in all lands.

We thank you for coming here to this place known now as Pueblo Alto. This was the highest point in the canyon closest to the sky where we did our ceremonies of blessings and thanks to the Great Spirit. This was a ceremonial site for hundreds of years. You were here with many others now on the earth plane. As our sister, we ask again for you to bless this place and carry the glad tidings of unity to all those who are meant to hear this message.

Peace be with you, sister. Peace be with all of you who carry this peace within and share it with others. The world at this moment is made anew. Rejoice with the Great Spirit. Rejoice.

Terrorism

Dearest Ones, terrorism is a term for abiding in fear. Those who would wish to harm their brothers and sisters carry fear deep within their hearts. This fear has arisen out of a need for survival, out of a need to control. In essence, this fear is based on an insecurity and a feeling of separation from the Source. Lost in delusion and separation terrorists feel powerless. The only way for them to feel powerful is to dominate. This domination comes by projecting their fear onto others and trying to activate another’s fear.

Terrorists make others the object of their fear and call others the enemy. If you are the enemy, terrorists feel righteous in what they are doing. They can use all manner of excuses to be right: the enemy looks different, acts different, prays differently, lives differently. Differences are an excuse for the terrorist to terrorize.

Dearest Ones, look within your own hearts without judgement and see if elements of a terrorist dwell there. Have you ever felt so separate from the Source that in your feelings of powerlessness you wished or tried to control another? In your insecurity have you ever projected your fears onto another? Have you ever judged another for their differences? Have you ever attempted to change another or your world to look the way you felt was right?

If you have done these things, you carry an element of the terrorist within you. Let terrorism be a mirror for you to go deep within, and without judgement, to look at your own fears. Love yourself enough to embrace these fears and question whether in reality they serve you anymore. If they do not, ask your heavenly Father/Mother to help you release them. Then pray for your brothers and sisters who are steeped in fear that they will eventually love themselves enough to release their need to try and control the world through fear. In your mind, wrap yourself and them in the arms of love, in the arms of God. This is the only true way to "fight" terrorism. Counter attack with love from the inside out. Love disarms fear.

Saddam Hussein

Dearest Ones, know that this man Saddam Hussein, similar to Osama bin Laden, is steeped in grand delusion. He acts only out of ego. He is run by fear. Contrary to what one might believe, he is afraid of death. He easily puts others to death, but the darkness of such annihilation is anathema to him. He would rather run and hide than face this fear. He might appear willing to die for a cause, but inwardly he is vulnerable and scared.

Know that Saddam Hussein does not want war. He will react to an attack; he will not initiate. Again, contrary to what the world knows, he is susceptible to what his Arab brothers do and say. If enough pressure by them is brought to bear, he may choose asylum. He is currently playing cat and mouse with the UN inspectors. He is bluffing his way along for he does not have the nuclear capability of which he boasts.

Saddam’s Achilles heel is his empty boastfulness. He is a braggart with little to back up his brags. That does not mean he isn’t dangerous; it means he cannot win a war by himself. The danger is that the fragility of Middle Eastern relations is a powder keg. One match will ignite many short fuses.
The best you can do in this situation is to go within and love yourself, love Saddam Hussein, embrace him with heavenly love, see him in the light. He dwells in such darkness he desperately needs the light of God. I realize this loving will not be easy to do, but know that by embracing him you are embracing any darkness still lingering within yourself. You need not agree with or condone his behavior. You need only send him God’s love and light. Also, sending love to the Middle-East and to the world will be helpful. Visualize the illusion of separation being lifted and all souls bathed in the light of love. This exercise also goes for your own leaders who in their heart of hearts do not want war, but are playing their own bragging game like bullies on a street corner.

See the hearts of humankind healed and you will help heal yourself. Go within and know peace. Many in spirit and many of you in the body are helping to anchor peace and love so that reconciliation and harmony will prevail.

Prosperity

Dearest Ones, prosperity is your divine birthright. You not only came into your world with all you need, but you are continually showered with prosperity moment-to-moment. Continual abundance from the realms of heaven rains down on you. All is available. It is only your belief in lack and poverty which keeps you from accepting these gifts. When you let go of your fear that there isn’t enough to go around, when you accept and love yourself as the divine spark you are, the floodgates of prosperity in all forms will flow and continue to flow into your life.

God made each of you in His/Her all-loving image. The spirit of love is limitless; it includes everything. What has happened on earth is that the collective consciousness has mired itself deep in beliefs of undeservedness. Poverty in the past has been exalted by those who would look upon the world and see greed and the misuse of money. Neither poverty nor greed are virtues. When you can see that greed comes from the same fear of lack as poverty, then perhaps you can forgive those who are unconsciously trying to store up golden coins for an illusory future of safety.

Prosperity flows when you give freely without expectation of how the flow will be returned to you. You need not give all of your bank account, but give enough. You will know "enough" when you feel the energetic of lack try to grip you. Just breathe in the abundance of God’s love and let it go in the form of coins to those individuals or organizations you wish to contribute to. Bless yourself for giving, bless God for Her holy abundance through you, and bless those who will receive.

Affirm receivership for yourself in return and you will see that the abundance of God’s love will be returned to you in many unexpected ways. Dearest Ones, you are receivership. You are prosperity. Know this in your hearts as assuredly as you were born - as you were given the gift of life. No matter what your financial circumstances, you have the power to turn them around now by affirming your birthright and deservedness and the deservedness of everyone on earth.

Be at peace in your hearts. All that is God is in you. Amen.

Changes

Earth changes. Job Changes. Relationship changes. Age changes. Location changes.

Dearest Ones, change in your world is inevitable. Wholeness is certain. This concept may seem like a paradox in your understanding. However, when you realize you are already complete, that you are already whole, then change becomes only a shift of perspective in which you can see your wholeness more clearly. The fluctuations on the outer level serve only as opportunities to expand your inner vision. The changes offer you a choice to delve within more deeply to contemplate your oneness with the Divine.

Change will bring up fear until you see change as merely a catalyst for your own evolution. This fear may be in the form of attachment to objects which you have given meaning to. The attachment might be to individuals - friendships/partnerships - which have given pleasure, support and/or love. The attachment might be to a sense of security. When change comes, ask yourself what is the fear, what is your fear of letting go.

Often in your world loss is associated with lack. If a person goes out of your life, you often feel less than whole. If money goes out of your life, you often feel less than whole. If things - material goods - go out of your life, you often feel less than whole. If health goes out of your life, you often feel less than whole.

Dearest Ones, you arrive in this world with nothing on the physical plane but your fleshly form. You leave the earth in the same way. Do you think that your Father/Mother creates you incomplete with unwritten instructions that require you to accumulate worldly relationships and goods to make you complete? God gives you everything you need within in order to live and love fully. He/She gives you the divine gift to create with your mind, hands and heart what you need to care for yourself and others.

You carry all you need within you. Welcome change with an open heart, even those changes which seem not of your own making or liking. If you perceive change as an opportunity to see wholeness rather than lack, you will more surely see your own divine nature.

Journeys

Dearest Ones, the journey home to God is the only true journey. In fact, the journey has already happened. You are already home. God dwells within you as certainly as the sun rises each morning and sets each night in your world. You need go nowhere to find God. You need not take a trip around the world or to other parts of your country or continent to find God..You need not go to your ashram, your shrine, your church, or your synagogue. Each one of you carries God with you. She has gone nowhere. You are the ones who have perceived that God is distant or absent or judging.

Every cell of your body vibrates with God. Every breath you take continues to inspire you with God’s presence. Since God dwells in you and all of creation, the only journey to take is the one in which you awaken to the truth that you are the love of God. If a trip to a distant place helps you step out of your daily routines so that you can perceive in a new way, that is well and good. The breaking of patterns, the fasting from regular practices can help release belief systems which may be holding you back from knowing your essence or more of it. Physical journeys can help shift perspective(s) and open up inner vistas.

Desire is a key. If you desire to go within and know yourself as love, you will know as long as you surrender to letting the God within you lead the way. Do not try to control the journey. You can make plans, then let them go. Allow God to be your guide. Trust that He has your best interests at heart. If you come to a fork in the road, ask Him which one will lead to an unexpected adventure which will serve your highest good. Then listen to an answer from Love, and follow.

As you know, there is no He or She personalities which guide you. These guides are manifestations of your highest Self...a spirit beyond ego consciousness. Yes, you can trick yourself into thinking that the ego is God. However, when you truly intend to come from your heart and go into your heart to ask and listen from your heart center for answers, over time, your experiences will let you know whether love is leading the way.

Take the journey with an open and trusting heart. Be a fool for love and no matter what occurs, you will know love. Be patient. Be at peace. Be in love. Amen.
